About Phil, Morris, and Griffith

The characters, Phil and Morris, were invented by Joyce Griffith at Griffith Publishing as a way to illustrate the workings of the tobacco industry in the U.S. The set of scripts features Phil and Morris in dialog as they banter back and forth about tobacco, nicotine, cigarettes, cigars, and non-smoke tobacco products. Scripts are based on current news and are footnoted.
